Safety Training Course for Manufacturing Companies (intermediate course, 16 hours)

General information:
The syllabus for the Production Safety Training course is set out in the guidelines of Part 21, GM1 21.A.139 (c)(5)(i).
The course content has been developed in accordance with the Safety Training syllabus of GM1 145.A.30(e)
The course is structured into 3 levels:

BASIC Course (24 hours)

INTERMEDIATE Course (16 hours)

ADVANCED Course (8 hours)
The criteria for the level of detail in the three groups are linked to corporate responsibility within the scope of SMS management in production
A final knowledge assessment test is conducted for each course (20 multiple-choice questions)
The teaching materials provided to students comply with Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 (Revised March 2023)
Programme:
DAY 1

Introduction to safety management, human factors and SMS principles in accordance with ICAO Annex 19 and the EASA Safety Programme

Production Organisation Safety Programme (PART 21)
-
Policy, safety objectives and related safety performance indicators in production
-
Organisational roles, safety responsibilities, safety risk management and safety assurance in Production
-
Occurrence reporting systems and safety investigations
-
Safety promotion and training in Production
DAY 2
-
Human factors (HF), human performance (HP) and limitations (in accordance with GM1 145.A.30(e))
FINAL TEST
There are no prerequisites for attending the course
