Training description: Problem solving and improvement activities management involves all organization’s departments, requires appropriate tools and shall be monitored with indicators.

After an initial explanation of the “Plan-Do-Check-Act” cycle steps, this course will provide an overview of the Problem Solving process and its operative tools, according to the guidelines defined in the AIAG CQI-20 “Effective Problem Solving Guide” Reference Manual and based on the 8D approach.
