Objective and content: The consideration of Human Factors in the value chain of an aerospace company is essential in “risk-based thinking” and the process-based approach. Errors, whether in products or processes, lead to a decline in company performance, necessitating the implementation of corrective actions while assessing their impact in light of Human Factors. Through process-based examples, error management methods and programs will be presented to help limit the number of errors and their potential consequences.
