Objective and Content: To understand the aspects related to human factors in the field of aircraft maintenance and, at both the individual and organizational levels, the issues associated with human factors and their impact on flight safety. The classroom course will highlight the role of human factors in aviation accidents, citing various examples and case studies. The Initial course is delivered in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by aviation regulations (EASA Part 145 and AER(EP).P-145), using the company’s actual work environment as a reference and, therefore, focusing on human factors typical of daily operations. The Recurrent course maintains the same general structure, concentrating activities on practical cases related to the maintenance organization’s operations.
