Objective and content: The course aims to provide a detailed overview of the mandatory requirements applicable to the maintenance of military aircraft following the entry into force of AER(EP).P-145, enabling interested companies to maintain customer focus while complying with requirements that are no longer merely voluntary, and also explaining innovations regarding the continuous monitoring of compliance through the planning, execution, and management of internal audit findings.

 

The course program is structured into the following modules:

• Module 1: Prologue                                                                                              

• Module 2: Introduction – History of Regulations and Civil and Military Legal Systems

• Module 3: AER(EP).P-145

Target Audience: Companies not certified in accordance with Part 145 (Annex II of Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014 of November 26, 2014) - Quality personnel (managers and internal auditors)
