Objective and content: The course, which offers a different level of depth compared to Course C39, follows this structure:

 

• Development of aviation regulations: the evolution of aviation regulations will be briefly discussed, and, in greater detail, the European rules governing aviation activities—from aircraft design to operation—will be examined

• Part 145 – Maintenance Organization:

1. Certification eligibility: when certification is required and permitted

2. Infrastructure and personnel

3. Maintenance: Data and Records

4. Return to service of aircraft and components

5. The Maintenance Organization Manual

6. Safety and Quality Policy: The Company’s Commitment

7. Rights and obligations of the holder

8. The Role of the Authority: Procedures for Oversight and Certification

 

 

Target Audience: Quality Assurance, all production department personnel, and personnel involved in the return to service of aircraft and/or components.
