MSA - Measurement Systems Analysis
Code: A5

Training description: Manufacturing process management decisions are based on measurements and data. Measuring equipment, measuring method, appraisers and environment are just some of the sources of variability that may affect measuring data.

Consequently, evaluation of the variability in measuring systems is a key task in order to ensure an appropriate level of reliability in the measurement outputs.

This course, according to the guidelines defined in the AIAG “MSA – Measurement Systems Analysis” Reference Manual (4th edition), will lead the participants to a deep understanding of MSA, through several team and individual activities.

Special care will be paid to gain the skills necessary to evaluate the MSA study results, with the aim to manage the continuous improvement of the measurement systems according to the experimental data collected.
