Objective and content: Organizations of all types and sizes face internal and external factors and influences that make the achievement of their objectives uncertain. "Risk" is the effect that this uncertainty has on the organization’s objectives. All of an organization’s activities involve risks. Organizations manage risk by identifying it, analyzing it, and assessing whether it needs to be modified through risk treatment to meet their risk criteria.

The course aims to develop participants’ understanding of the content of UNI EN 9100:2018 and its innovative elements from the perspective of effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

Through group or individual activities, the training program focuses on the requirements that the UNI EN 9100 standard has introduced regarding the Risk Management process in the Aerospace and Defense sector, providing basic concepts and operational tools aimed at ensuring the effectiveness of the risk management process as required by the standard.

The one-day course program provides general principles and guidelines on risk management and analyzes the following topics:

·       The UNI ISO 31000 standard: Risk Management – Principles and Guidelines

·       The Risk Management Process

·       Types of Risks

·       The elements of a risk management program

·       Risks in the Various Stages of Product Development
