Aerospace Auditor Transition Training (AATT – IAQG-recognized)

Objective and content: The course, recognized worldwide through an agreement with IAQG, is designed to reduce variability in Auditors’ judgments and to provide them with a rigorous process for managing and conducting audit activities.
The course content, developed by Plexus International, was prepared—in terms of linguistic aspects, structural elements, and the identification of applicable mandatory regulations for Italy—by Plexus Management Systems.
The course includes a mandatory online preparatory component, consisting of two exams to assess participants’ knowledge of regulations and their application, as well as an in-depth module on the contents of the 9100:2016 standard, followed by a 4-day in-person classroom session.
The classroom course combines group and individual activities, case studies, and exercises on how to conduct audits, planning methods, and techniques for collecting objective evidence, in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 19011 and the following thematic outline:
· Introduction to the UNI EN 9100:2018 standard: the history, target audience, content, and objectives of the standard within the aerospace sector;
· Link between online training modules and the in-person course: integrating the various training modules to ensure educational continuity in terms of content and professional skills;
· Pre-audit and Stage 1;
· Audit planning: aims and objectives, tools, operational procedures, critical elements;
· Senior Management audit: tools, operational procedures, critical elements, case studies, and simulations of Senior Management audit activities;
· Process Owner audits: tools, operational procedures, critical elements, case studies, and simulations of audit activities for managers of the corporate quality management system processes;
· Process audits: tools, operational procedures, critical elements, case studies, and simulations of audit activities for the processes of the corporate quality management system;
· conclusions, reporting, and recommendations for certification;
· Surveillance audits, recertification audits, and special audits.
During the course, participants will be evaluated through group and individual activities, an audit simulation, and a final exam consisting of an online portion and an oral interview.
Those who successfully pass these assessments will be issued a certificate attesting to their passing of the exam, which is internationally recognized (IAQG).
