Training description: This course will provide a guideline for an effective maintenance process management.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of preventive maintenance, extra-ordinary maintenance and maintenance data management.

Advanced preventive techniques for maintenance management (FMECA) will be introduced.

Effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance process will be considered, providing an overview of common indicators used for measuring maintenance process performance.
