AIAG CQI-35: Wiring Harness Quality Guidelines

Training description: This course will provide participants in achieving a
common approach to the wiring harness manufacturing process assessment,
according to the guidelines defined in the AIAG CQI-35 “Wiring Harness Quality
Guidelines” Reference Manual (1st edition).
Combining theory, exercises and case studies, participants will learn
audit planning and preparation, audit management and audit techniques
in order to collect the needed objective evidence.
Training course outline:

Introduction to “Wiring Harness Quality Guidelines”: purpose, scope, benefits

AIAG CQI assessment in the IATF 16949 context and according to the process approach: linkages and differences
-
AIAG CQI and customer specific requirements: brief overview based on the OEM CSRs released by automotive OEMs

AIAG requirements: introduction, requirements and auditing tools for the special process assessment. Review and application of the assessment check list provided by the AIAG CQI-35 manual, with the aim to achieve a deep comprehension of the objective evidence to be collected during the audit

Planning, execution and audit follow-up according to AIAG CQI method: exercises, non conformity examples and case studies.
