Title: Fiat Group Automobiles Customer Specific Requirements

Scope and objectives: The scope of this training class is give birth to an alignment in the interpretation and application of the specific requirements for the application of the ISO/TS 16949: 2002 in all the supply chain with mutual benefit of the suppliers and FIAT Group Automobiles (hereinafter referred to as FIAT).
The principal objectives of this training class we could mention:

Identify moments and ways for the application required by FIAT in relationship to the specific requirements;
Facilitate the integration of the FIAT specific requirements in the existing processes of the Quality System Management
Qualify and improve the approach of the internal and external auditors addressing the management of the audit more lined up to the FIAT expectations;
Identify the possible difficulty in the implementation of the FIAT specific requirements through the dynamic of realization, sceneries and cases studies personalized on the FIAT demands;
Show the possible alternatives of implementation through activity of type "gap analysis," in way to address the participants to divulge and to elaborate an actions plan for the implementation of the FIAT specific requirements. Where required from the supplier, subsequently to the course, Plexus supply specific support.
